We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Building Manager to oversee a high-profile residential building located in the Potts Point area. Close to public transport, this career opportunity is supported by our Operations, Compliance and Head Office team.

Your team features a dedicated 24/7 Concierge service to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, exceptional service delivery, and a first-class living experience for residents and stakeholders. 

To be successful in this role, you will bring: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Strata Building Management or a related property/facilities management role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage contractors, residents, and committees
  • Emotional maturity, professionalism, and polished communications skills
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • A proactive and service-focused mindset, with resilience and attention to detail 
  • A desire to manage projects that add long term value to your location

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Managing contractors, consultants, and service providers
  • Liaising extensively with Owners, Residents, Strata Managers and Committee Members
  • Supervision of Asset Management and Preventative Maintenance Programs
  • Coordinating and responding to reactive repairs
  • Scheduling statutory certification activities and inspections of common property
  • Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate site records
  • Overseeing WHS and environmental requirements, including contractor inductions and compliance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the strata industry is essential
  • Strong administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management highly desirable
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and lead a team
  • Professional presentation, reliability, and a positive attitude
