EML is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join its rapidly growing Technology team, driving RPA and AI initiatives that transform workers compensation claims management. This full-time permanent role is based in Sydney with the option to work from home up to three days a week. You should bring at least three years’ BA experience in a commercial setting, with automation or RPA exposure, and UiPath certification is highly regarded. You’ll map processes, assess ROI, translate business needs into technology and data improvements, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers in an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence. As a Business Analyst within our RPA team, you’ll play a key role in driving the sustainability and growth of EML’s automation program. With a strong focus on Robotic Process Automation & Artificial, you’ll bridge business needs with technology solutions to ensure the successful delivery of automation initiatives.
This role calls for an agile mindset, a genuine passion for emerging technologies, and a proactive, practical approach to engaging with both business and technology stakeholders. You’ll help shape how we deliver innovative solutions that create meaningful business outcomes.
This will be a full time, permanent based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
