You will lead the full change lifecycle bridging business and technology to improve customer journeys on mobile apps and adviser portals. Elicit requirements, run workshops, and support testing and implementation while improving BA standards. The ideal candidate has senior BA experience in financial services, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and agile delivery experience with a digital mindset. Payments experience such as card payments Open Banking and knowledge of FCA AML KYC and Consumer Duty is highly desirable.
