We are opening a position for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen the team of our client based in Geneva. In the context of a strategic digital transformation initiative, the successful candidate will contribute to the definition and implementation of a future digital preservation platform aimed at ensuring long-term accessibility and preservation of critical archival assets. This role requires close collaboration between business and IT stakeholders to bridge operational needs with technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and structure business needs through active engagement with key stakeholders.

  • Convert business expectations into comprehensive functional and technical specifications.

  • Partner with architects, technical leads, product owners, and other IT specialists to design solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Contribute to the implementation and deployment of digital solutions, ensuring they effectively address business requirements.

  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing activities to validate solution quality and fitness for purpose.

  • Produce clear user documentation and support materials to facilitate adoption.

  • Assist program and project leadership in managing scope, dependencies, risks, and planning activities.

  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment across multidisciplinary teams to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of professional experience in Business Analysis within complex environments.

  • Strong capability to elicit, analyze, and formalize business requirements into actionable deliverables.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

  • Proven experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and decision-making sessions involving diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic project environment.

  • Knowledge of digital preservation, archiving platforms, or related information management technologies is highly desirable.

  • Professional fluency in both English and French.
