We are looking for an energetic ITIL skilled business analyst with a broad technology experience in the application integration and automation space to join our team.

 

About the team

Worldline Service Australia (WSA) delivers end-to-end payment services and technology support to Worldline clients within the Australian market. Our team focuses on ensuring reliable payment processing, proactive service management, and a superior customer experience through robust operations, incident response, and continuous improvement.

  

Our Team

The Service Delivery function provides operational governance, customer engagement and IT Service Management capability for Worldline Service Australia. The team is responsible for ensuring payment services remain stable, resilient and continuously improving through effective operational processes, customer governance and service assurance.

 

Your mission

Provide senior business analysis expertise supporting the establishment of the new customer operating model. Capture, analyse and document business, operational and technical requirements across customer onboarding, service management, reporting, workflow automation, operational readiness and technology initiatives.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Elicit and document business, operational and functional requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops with customers and stakeholders.
  • Produce Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications and user stories.
  • Analyse current and future state business processes.
  • Support customer portal, workflow automation and ServiceNow initiatives.
  • Provide payments industry expertise across merchant acquiring, transaction processing, settlement and operational support.
  • Support testing, operational readiness and customer acceptance.
  • Maintain requirements traceability and project documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

 

Who are we looking for:

You come from a payments or financial service background who is keen to hit the ground running. Strong analytical thinker ready to work in a fast paced environment

Experience Essential

  • Minimum five years Business Analysis experience.
  • Demonstrated payments or merchant acquiring industry experience.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience producing high-quality business analysis artefacts.
  • Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.

Desirable

  • ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.
  • Agile delivery.
  • API integrations.
  • Workflow automation.
  • ISO 8583, settlement and card scheme knowledge.

Leadership Attributes

  • Customer focused, analytical, collaborative, commercially aware, adaptable, influential, detail oriented and outcome focused.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent experience. CBAP, Agile BA and ITIL Foundation desirable.
