Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, structure, and prioritize business needs
Convert business expectations into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Contribute to solution design alongside technical teams to ensure alignment with functional and technical constraints
Support project lifecycle activities including implementation, testing phases, and deployment
Lead or support user acceptance testing and ensure deliverables meet expectations
Produce clear documentation and facilitate workshops or interviews with business representatives
Conduct user research and translate insights into user journeys, flows, and information architecture
Create wireframes and prototypes, organize usability testing, and iterate on design improvements
Minimum of 12 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in digital or web environments
Strong expertise in UX methodologies and user-centered design approaches
Proven ability to manage requirements and work within Agile frameworks
Experience with tools such as Figma or Mural for prototyping and user flow design
Competence in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable improvements
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to bridge business needs with technical feasibility
Fluent in English and French
