As a Business Transformation Advisor, you will independently lead sub‑projects within the Transformation Management department. You bring expertise in project management, process optimisation, and functional specifications, with a strong focus on improving procurement, sourcing, and supply chain planning processes. Your Role at Intersnack

  • Manage sub‑projects within broader transformation initiatives

  • Represent Business Transformation in discussions with Management Units, Group Functions, and external partners

  • Develop functional specifications, process improvements, and organisational designs

  • Drive ERP‑related improvements in planning, scheduling, MRP, and procurement (MM), including configuration and testing

  • Lead cross‑functional project teams and ensure alignment and adoption of new standards

  • Perform hands‑on validation, testing, data analysis, and issue resolution

  • Expand knowledge into adjacent areas (manufacturing, order‑to‑cash, quality, commercials, finance)

  • Mentor junior team members

Requirements

Education

  • University degree in Business Administration, STEM, or related fields

Experience

  • Several years in business transformation, project management, or consulting

  • Proven ERP configuration experience in planning‑related areas (Supply Planning, Scheduling, MRP, Procurement/MM)

  • Experience managing cross‑functional projects and implementing new processes or IT solutions

  • Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

  • Technical expertise in at least two areas: 
    Demand Planning, Supply Planning & MRP, Production Scheduling, Workforce Planning, Procurement

  • Additional strengths in project management, change management, stakeholder management

  • Hands‑on mindset for testing, data analysis, and issue resolution

  • Willingness to learn adjacent business areas

  • Clear and effective communication in English

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint)

  • Willingness to travel approx. 4 days/week
