Solaris is seeking a Senior Card Operations Analyst to handle 2nd level escalation tickets for card issues, declines and fraud while driving improvements and coordinating with processors, ACS providers, card manufacturers and schemes, and if you don’t meet every criterion, apply anyway. The role combines end-to-end process ownership with incident management, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring of juniors. Required: 3+ years in banks or fintechs, knowledge of card schemes, dispute and fraud handling, PSD2 awareness, proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, and basic SQL; fluent English and German. Full-time onsite in Berlin, €53,000 to €63,000, with a €1000 learning budget, home office budget, and opportunities to work abroad up to 12 weeks per year.
