SEHA is seeking a Senior Clinical Costing Analyst to own the end-to-end costing and internal reporting cycle onsite in Abu Dhabi. The role involves preparing ad hoc and standard reports, maintaining the costing system, mapping feeder keys to products and cost pools, overseeing audit remediation, updating department RVUs, and supporting overhead allocations in CostPro with monthly closing and GL reconciliation. You’ll develop new cost centers, ensure correct cost-type mappings, and provide costing outputs to senior leadership while ensuring budgeting and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in a similar role, a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, and healthcare facility experience; tailor your CV to highlight system proficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
Job holder is responsible for prepare costing reports, maintaining of costing system and support with regards of data and engage stakeholders within the hospital.
• Produces a variety of ad hoc reports as and when required by management covering areas such as budget information, data comparison and benchmarking information to assist in management decision-making
• Maintains mapping of new feeder keys to existing or new products and cost pools and maintains and updates the inpatient and outpatient mapping files
• Oversees and ensures audit findings are fixed
• Maintains RVUs for the departments on a regular basis
• Provides overhead allocation basis to Clinical Costing Manager and SSMC clinical analyst for uploading in CostPro system
• Provides Monthly closing of the costing period in the costing system
• Ensures Monthly Reconciliation of costing data with GL balance
• Prepares new cost centers to new or existing cost departments; and mapping accounts to a cost type
• Prepares and responsible for allocating overheads to the relevant direct cost departments using the correct allocation bases and ensuring the data to support overhead allocation • Develops costing reports to HCF senior leadership from the costing system
• Manages ad hoc queries for costing outputs from hospital leadership.
• Answering department/section queries and concerns at the facility regarding compliance and regulations to be followed for budgets
• Maintains collaborative and effective relationships with other key management personnel and keeps abreast of significant economic, social and technical trends, and regulatory guidelines, which may influence assigned services

Experience :-

• 2-4 years of relevant progressive experience in a similar role
