Alfred Health is hiring a Senior Clinician to join the ICYAMHWS at Bayside Health, Moorabbin. This permanent full-time role (1.0 EFT / 80 hours plus ADO) offers $101k–$121k, five weeks annual leave, salary packaging and novated leasing. You’ll work in an interdisciplinary team delivering clinical assessment, case management and brief therapy to children and young people aged 0–26 and their families, blending lived experience with clinical expertise. Alfred Infant Child and Youth Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (ICYAMHWS) is friendly to infants, children, young people and their families/carers.
We provide accessible mental health services inclusive of family, friends and support networks.
We are a specialist, multi-disciplinary and intensive care mental health service incorporating the lived and living experience of family peer specialists and youth peer workers.
Our service is divided into two streams 0-11 and 12-26 years, and includes specialist services in the areas of perinatal care, neurodevelopmental presentations, eating disorders and outreach support.

What you'll be doing
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and well organised person to provide clinical assessment and intervention, case-management and single session/brief therapy with children and young people experiencing emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties and their families.
Along with the relevant professional registration or membership, you’ll have demonstrated capability in the provision of a full range of mental health interventions at a senior level .
Registered Nurse (min 5 years experience)You'll also have to complete/provide a valid Victorian Working with Children Check, be willing to undergo a background check, and you'll require Australian working rights.
