Lumi is hiring a Senior Collections Officer to own an end-to-end, high‑value portfolio, negotiate payment arrangements across channels, perform skip tracing, and manage the legal collections process with internal and external partners. You’ll mentor junior staff, design proactive communication strategies, and drive SLAs and KPIs while delivering superior customer service and strong commercial judgment. The role requires experience in a credit control environment, intermediate Excel, and proven cross‑functional collaboration in Sydney onsite.
