Citycare Property is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst on a 13 month fixed term to provide parental leave cover, partnering with leaders across our property business and supporting our Commercial Finance team with strong FP&A and commercial modelling expertise to deliver insights that drive performance, investment decisions and long term value creation.
What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga:
• Strong financial modelling skills across Excel, PowerBI and planning tools
• Proven experience in FP&A, business cases and scenario modelling
• Commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actionable insights
• Clear communicator who can influence and partner with senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy and be able to keep sight of the wider financial context or impacts
• Experience with Jedox or similar financial planning tools will be highly regarded
• Chartered Accountant with 5+ years commercial experience
What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Build and enhance financial models that support strategic decisions
• Deliver financial analysis to enable decision making which maximises contract performance
• Prepare financial analysis to support business cases for new investments and opportunities
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and long term planning through developing modelling that allows us to efficiently partner with the business and challenge areas for profit improvement
• Lift commercial capability across the business through strong partnering
• Modelling labour scenarios for our various collective agreements
• Support pricing analysis for tenders and contract renewals by providing accurate and clear financial data that sets us up for success
