Your Role:
As a Senior Compliance Expert Policies & Trainings, you will be a key member of our Center of Expertise (CoE) for Compliance, reporting directly to the Director Compliance & Global AML Lead. This role is central to the effectiveness of our global Compliance Management System (CMS).
In this pivotal position, you will take ownership of the global compliance policy framework and lead the design and implementation of our training and communication strategies. You will collaborate closely within the CoE to operationalize the policy framework through our tools and processes. Your responsibilities include:
Additionally, you will support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) activities and contribute to various compliance-related ad hoc projects as assigned.
The CoE is responsible for designing and rolling out the Compliance Management System (CMS), providing a global Compliance Program, standards, governance, and centralized expertise and tools. The CoE is organized into three teams, each focusing on key CMS elements. Your team, based in Germany and Poland, consists of colleagues specializing in Risk Assessment, Policies & Procedures, Training & Awareness, Monitoring & Controls, and AML.
