Job Description

  • Analysis and validation of account openings and periodical client reviews for any type of clients’risk;
  • Challenge plausibility of KYC and corroboration and confirm risk rating during account openings and client reviews.
  • Analysis and validation of the change of circumstances.
  • Processing of banking counterparties (Wolfsberg questionnaire, AML letter, SWIFT message, request for information, etc.)
  • Participate in the development of internal documents related to Compliance and of Compliance guidelines;
  • Participate in the training program provided to the new employees of the bank;
  • Provide advice and support to the WM entities' compliance departments on AML topics;
  • Preparation of quarterly reports on the division's activities;
  • Participate to ad-hoc projects in relation to the division's activities;
  • Execution of controls in accordance with the best execution principles
  • Perform analysis and presentation to various Committees
  • Coordination in the development of internal documents related to Compliance (also for the purpose of internal and external audits);

Qualifications

  • University degree in law or a degree considered equivalent; Additional degree in Compliance, an asset;
  • At least 10 years' experience in a similar role within a bank in Switzerland;
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss law and Financial Regulations;
  • Very good language skills in French and English, a third language is an asset;
  • Excellent resistance to stress, work with methodology and rigorous;
  • Very good team player, very good spirit of adaptation and flexibility, good oral and written communication skills;
