The role spans the data lifecycle from scoping to reporting, handling large datasets for investigations, using EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite, Axiom and Oxygen, and Relativity, Reveal and NUIX, including server, AWS, Azure and Office 365 collections. Requirements include a bachelor’s in computer science or related field, at least two years in forensic tech, relevant certifications, and the ability to visualize data. EY’s rapidly growing Forensic Technology team is an integral part of the Forensic & Integrity Services practice, specializing in forensic technology services that encompass Digital Forensics and eDiscovery. Utilizing state-of-the-art tools, our team supports clients in compliance management, fraud detection, and investigation, while also assisting them in responding to litigation, cyber-related incidents, and regulatory inquiries. Your key responsibilities
EY’s Forensic Technology team is a group of technical specialists that practice the full life cycle of data management, from the early stages of data scoping and capture to its management, analysis, and reporting. The nature of our work typically requires us to work with large datasets from disparate data sources to support fraud investigations and disputes for our clients, covering a range of industries. This is achieved by combining deep forensic investigation knowledge with advanced data analytics techniques, such as investigative data linking, social network analysis, statistics, and machine learning.
