As a Senior Consultant in Finance Transformation within Deloitte's Consumer practice, you will support and help deliver complex, end-to-end finance transformation programs for some of Canada's largest and most dynamic Consumer clients across retail, grocery, apparel, and consumer products. You will work closely with finance leaders and project teams to help reimagine finance operating models, modernize core finance processes, and enable data-driven decision-making through technology, insights, and improved governance. Your day-to-day work will include contributing to transformation roadmaps, conducting diagnostic assessments, helping design future-state finance capabilities, and supporting implementation across record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, FP&A, and management reporting. You will collaborate within multidisciplinary Deloitte teams—including technology, data, and industry specialists—while building strong working relationships with clients navigating margin pressure, omnichannel complexity, supply chain volatility, and evolving consumer expectations.
You will be part of Deloitte Canada's Finance Transformation practice, working closely with our Consumer industry leaders and practitioners who bring deep sector knowledge and practical experience. Our team collaborates nationally and globally to deliver integrated solutions that combine strategy, process, technology, and change management. The culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented. Senior Consultants play a key role in supporting client engagements, contributing to deliverables, and developing their expertise in areas such as finance modernization, ERP and EPM-enabled transformation, AI-enabled Finance, and Consumer industry trends. You will be supported by a strong network of Partners, Senior Managers, and specialists while having opportunities to grow your skills and build your professional brand.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
