SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified Senior Consultant in Pain Medicine to join a prestigious private facility. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for providing advanced clinical care and developing comprehensive pain management strategies for patients suffering from a variety of acute and chronic pain conditions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience, clinical expertise, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

As a Senior Consultant, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations, to diagnose various pain disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize a range of therapeutic options, including advanced interventional techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment regimens based on clinical outcomes and patient feedback.
  • Lead patient education initiatives, empowering patients with knowledge and strategies for effective pain management.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants and healthcare providers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Engage in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with an active state medical license.
  • Completion of a pain medicine fellowship or equivalent advanced training.
  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Pain Medicine, with a proven track record in a clinical setting.
  • Board certification in Pain Medicine highly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of pain assessment, diagnostic techniques, and treatment options.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for patient and team interactions.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on advancements in pain management.
