Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead program set‑up and transformation for major capital programs in Sydney on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role entails owning defined workstreams, structuring complex problems, and delivering client‑ready outputs while applying digital and AI enabled approaches to lift delivery quality. You will engage directly with client stakeholders and help shape solutions across engagements. Requirements include a degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or Commerce, typically 4–8 years in management consulting or complex program environments, and proven experience delivering workstreams and managing stakeholders. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma or CFA are advantageous but not required. Turner & Townsend champions inclusion and work life balance.

The Senior Consultant Program Set-Up plays a key role in delivering advisory engagements focused on program set-up, transformation, and performance improvement across major capital programs.
The role is responsible for owning defined workstreams, structuring complex problems, and delivering high-quality, client-ready outputs. Senior Consultants are expected to work independently, engage directly with client stakeholders, contribute to shaping solutions across engagements and leverage digital and AI-enabled approaches to enhance delivery.
