Typical Experience / Qualifications

Job Role and Responsibilities
Technical & Analytical
• Leads full workstreams of transfer pricing engagements including functional analyses, benchmarking, economic modelling, and TP documentation.
• Reviews benchmarking analyses and technical sections prepared by Associates and Consultants.
• Develops TP planning strategies and provides technical input to structuring engagements.
• Supports broader international tax work including corporate tax, due diligence, and VAT.
Client Delivery & Project Management
• Serves as main day‑to‑day contact for client communication and relationship management.
• Manages multi‑jurisdictional projects, coordinating with global offices and consolidating regional deliverables.
• Ensures deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
• Drafts and reviews proposals, reports, and technical memos.
Risk & Quality
• Ensures compliance with risk processes across engagements.
• Identifies technical or risk issues proactively and escalates appropriately.
• Guides junior team members on documentation and risk protocols.
Team Leadership & Internal Responsibilities
• Coaches and trains Associates and Consultants, providing structured feedback.
