As a Senior Coordinator Revenue Management, you will support revenue optimization by monitoring commercial performance, producing actionable insights, and improving reporting/analytics to help drive profitable growth and customer value
Reports to: Senior Manager Revenue Management
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Analyze and summarize performance reports to track product and commercial KPIs and identify opportunities/risks.
- Monitor volume trends and market rate developments; highlight exceptions and potential revenue leakage.
- Track and report accessorial charges, ensuring visibility and governance.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses to support problem solving, auditing, and revenue optimization initiatives.
- Build and maintain analytical tools and models (including machine learning where applicable) to automate manual processes and improve decision making.
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to align on findings, priorities, and actions.
Requirements for the Role
- University degree with several years of experience performing quantitative business analysis with a background in either revenue management or analytical function.
- Strong analytical skills and mathematic proficiency, to include advanced.
- Fundamentals of Data Science, Data mining (Python/R programming), Algorithms and data structure, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft.
- Automation expert (Developing tools that translate the manual user processes into automated processes).
- Ability to think quantitatively, quickly analyze reports and data to prioritize opportunities.
- Comfortable processing data and drawing actionable conclusions to move forward.
- Able to drive consensus among key stakeholders with diverse needs and interests.
