Turner & Townsend is looking for Senior Cost Managers to join the London based Central and Local Government Cost Management Team, leading commercial delivery on projects across central and local government such as refurbishment of listed buildings, office fit-outs, high-volume residential and masterplanning. Bring at least five years’ experience in construction or infrastructure, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in cost management, contract management (JCT and NEC), procurement and risk, plus cost planning, forecasting, reporting and change control. MRICS or similar is preferred. You’ll mentor junior staff, negotiate final accounts, and drive value across the project lifecycle.
