You will lead drafting, negotiation, and closing of term sheets and definitive agreements, manage the live deal pipeline, draft MSAs and vendor contracts, and advise senior leaders on structures and operating models in new markets while helping to build scalable templates and playbooks across time zones. The ideal candidate is an England and Wales qualified solicitor with 6+ PQE from a top firm plus relevant in‑house tech experience, strong drafting and cross-border deal experience, and the ability to work fast and independently. As Senior Counsel, Commercial, you will support CoreWeave’s international expansion transactions, with a particular focus on deals in both EMEA and APAC. You will focus primarily on structuring and executing transactions for Omni, CoreWeave’s cloud-as-a-service delivery model, while also supporting broader commercial matters across CoreWeave’s infrastructure and SaaS deal pipelines as business needs evolve. The base salary range for this role is £115,000 - 150,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
