Mashreq seeks a Senior Credit Analyst in Real Estate Trust Services for UAE nationals only. The role centers on handling customer queries related to escrow and real estate accounts, assisting trust operations from opening to completion, and coordinating rollovers with lenders and borrowers. Responsibilities include managing daily inquiries, tracking exceptions and document expiries, clearing MER for trust accounts with CCAM and CCU, keeping files orderly, updating KYCs, and calculating interest and repayments while backing up RMs as needed. Requirements: graduate with two to four years banking experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and solid knowledge of banking apps. Job Purpose
• Attend customer queries quickly and efficiently to ensure full customer satisfaction
• Assisting to service the business (from account opening to project completion) on escrow / real estate accounts
• Coordinating with different lenders / borrowers for rollovers according to the facility agreement
Key Result Areas
• To handle all inquiries for customers i.e. swift copies, sweeping, bank statements, etc on a daily basis.
• Assisting UM of Trust account, RM’s of Real Estate and Investment Services
• Keeping track of all exceptions/documents expiries/deferrals and waivers to ensure a Satisfactory result.
• Clearing MER for Trust accounts by coordinating with CCAM and CCU and collecting valid documents from customer (such as T/L, PP, Balance confirmation etc.
• Ensure that marketing files are updated and the documents are kept in order. Regularly updating the files in an orderly manner.
• Keep close liaison with Branches to respond customer inquiries.
• Assist RMs to update KYCs before the expiry date and make sure the same has been updated in the system. Collect all necessary documents from the client as required to update the KYCs.
• Calculation interest / repayment for clients, sweeping and communicating the same to lenders / borrowers.
• Back up for RMs in his / her absence and providing full support to the Team as and when required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Minimum Graduate with 2-4 years banking experience.
• Customer focused, effective interpersonal skills and good communication.
• Good knowledge of different banking applications.
• Good Computers skills.
