As a Senior Data Analyst in the GTM Operations team, you’ll be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that improve operational performance, drive strategic initiatives, and support cross-functional teams. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to deliver high-impact analytics and reporting.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, DAX, and SQL. 
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines. 
• Conduct analyses to drive predictable operations and optimize our strategy 
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable data architecture using Databricks and Python. 
• Translate business requirements into data products.  
• Contribute to the development of best practices in data governance and analytics. 
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact. 

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a fast-paced tech or scale-up environment. 
• Able to solve problems independently end-to-end.  
• Strong data modeling skills. 
• Strong proficiency in SQL, DAX, and Power BI. 
• Solid experience with any coding language for data analysis and automation. 
• Familiarity with Databricks and modern ETL frameworks. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights. 
• A proactive mindset and a passion for solving complex problems.
