This role is responsible for partnering with hiring managers and design leadership to define team needs and role requirements, ensuring alignment on hiring goals across Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Leadership.
You’ll source, engage, and assess world-class design talent through diverse channels, while managing the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to onboarding. You will develop strategies to attract and retain diverse design talent, proactively building pipelines for both immediate and long-term hiring needs.
You’ll track and analyze key hiring metrics to improve recruiting effectiveness, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure fair and consistent evaluation practices, and champion Brex’s employer brand within the design community. This includes representing Brex at design events, portfolio reviews, and on relevant social platforms.
This role will be based in our Seattle office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
The expected salary range for this role is $142,380–$175,941. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
