The role | Te tūnga   

We're looking for an experienced developer to help shape how we build and deliver digital services using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics. You'll be a part of Business Technology Services group within our Digital Services branch.

This is a senior position where you'll  contribute to real hands-on development while also coaching others  toset technical direction for our Power Platform and Dynamics work. You'll build systems, features, and proof-of-concept solutions, and you'll  assistthe team adopt better ways of working. We're after someone who already has  proficient and proven development experience and is looking for an opportunity to deepen their skills in the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics space.

What you bring | Nōu te rourou 

  • 5 years of programming experience in C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience in Power Platform and Dynamics development is a bonus.
  • Solid web development fundamentals, includingHTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and REST APIs.
  •  Basic experience and exposure to Azure and cloud-based solutions. 
  •  Experience working with relational databases and proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.
  • Strong expertise in unit, integration, and automated end-to-end testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines 
  • Existential problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, and/or relevant work experience.

The appointing range for this role $102,864 – $114,293, with the potential to appoint higher depending on level of experience.
