Fin (fka Intercom) is seeking a Senior Director of APAC Sales to define the regional GTM, build a world-class second-line leadership team, and drive pipeline generation and deals across priority APAC verticals from our Sydney base. You’ll partner with the global SVP of Sales to set targets, craft scalable regional plans, and own forecasting, while coordinating with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and partners to ensure a seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of SaaS sales leadership in APAC, proven ability to hire and develop leaders, handle long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals, and apply methodologies like MEDDPICC.
