Griffith University seeks a Senior Disability Advisor to join the Student Disability and Accessibility team on a full-time fixed-term basis for two years, based at Nathan with potential cross-campus work. The role supports HDR students, oversees recruitment and supervision of participation assistants, negotiates reasonable adjustments, and coordinates support services across the Digital Campus. The successful candidate will have substantial experience working with people with disabilities and strong skills in communication, active listening, emotional intelligence, resilience under pressure, time management, meticulous administration and problem solving. As a member of the Student Disability and Accessibility Team, looking primarily after Higher Degree Research (HDR) students you will:

What we offer
This is a full-time fixed-term (2 year) position and will be primarily based at the Griffith University Nathan campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.
Salary Range
The full-time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 7 range $101,068 - $109,496 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $118,249 - $128,110 per annum.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. special education, education, human services, occupational therapy) with work experience with people with disabilities.
