AFCA seeks a Senior Dispute Resolution Specialist in Superannuation for a full‑time, onsite Sydney role. You’ll manage end‑to‑end, complex complaints, using conciliation, mediation and sound judgment to deliver fair, timely, well‑reasoned outcomes in line with legislation, AFCA Rules and fairness principles. You should bring proven complaint handling or ADR experience, strong investigative ability, excellent written and verbal communication, resilience and the capacity to manage multiple matters. About the role:
As a Senior Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will manage complex and sensitive complaints, playing a key role in delivering fair, timely and high‑quality outcomes. You’ll use strong conciliation, mediation and negotiation skills to resolve matters, often involving multiple issues and stakeholders.
This role requires the confidence to lead conversations with complainants and financial firms, translate discussions into clear, well‑reasoned written outcomes, and apply sound judgement to complex scenarios.
