Goodstart Trinity Beach is seeking a full-time Senior Educator to lead a room at our 74-place Trinity Beach service in Cairns; 38 hours per week, pay $39.85 to $41.05 per hour depending on experience. The role offers at least 5% above award, 50% childcare fee discount, and paid parental leave, plus ongoing professional development. You’ll run your own room, mentor a team of Educators, and work with the Centre Leadership Team to observe and lift teaching practices with a strong emphasis on safety and inclusivity. About Goodstart Trinity Beach: 

  • We are at 74 place centre.

  • Located on Trinity Beach Road and caters for children aged six weeks to 5 years old.

  • The service boasts 5 classrooms complete with 3 playgrounds.

  • The centre is a purpose built centre and opened in 2005. We are a Reef Guardian centre with a focus on sustainability practices, and ways to help save our reef.

  • Our service has been part of the local community for more than 17 years and as such we have made valuable connections with local schools, businesses, and community groups - all of which enhance the children's learning experience.
