We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee the execution, quality, and compliance of electrical works on an industrial project in Dubai. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership on-site, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all electrical systems.

  • Supervise and monitor all electrical works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Review and approve electrical shop drawings, method statements, materials, and technical submissions.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary site teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, identify deviations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, ELV, grounding, and industrial equipment connections.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and highlight risks and delays with recommended mitigation actions.
  • Prepare site reports, progress updates, inspection requests, and quality documentation.
  • Support project management with technical insights, cost considerations, and value engineering solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure all electrical work follows local codes, international standards, and project-specific requirements.
  • Lead site meetings related to electrical works and coordinate interfaces with mechanical, civil, and instrumentation teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in industrial projects (factories, plants, processing facilities, heavy infrastructure, etc.).
  • Strong background in site supervision and familiarity with construction execution methodologies.
  • Proven experience with testing & commissioning of industrial electrical systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical standards, safety regulations, and quality systems.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
