Google is seeking a Senior Engineer for GDC Lifecycle Management within the Supply Chain Platform for a full-time onsite role in Seattle. You’ll design and operate high-availability, edge-focused software across Google Distributed Cloud, gathering requirements, designing systems, implementing in Go and Python, deploying and monitoring, and partnering with Supply Chain, NPI, Infrastructure and Operations. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5 years in software development (Go, Python, C++ or Java), 3 years testing/maintaining/launching software, and 1 year in design/architecture, plus experience architecting HA databases. Preferred: Master’s or PhD, 1 year in technical leadership, containerization and Kubernetes on cloud.
