The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years supporting C suite leaders, post secondary education in business or related field, advanced MS Office and collaboration tools, and a proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Extra points for financial services or governance experience and cross functional program support. Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted partner and provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Vice President (EVP), Inclusive Banking & Sustainable Wealth, and the Senior Vice President (SVP), Wealth Management. This role is critical in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of senior leaders by managing complex schedules, coordinating key initiatives, preparing executive-level materials, and enabling seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven, and highly regulated environment.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Executive Vice President, Inclusive Banking & Sustainable Wealth. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $69,700 to $ 90,200 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
