Position Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Corporate Finance team by developing, analyzing, and maintaining financial reporting and key metrics for leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Maintain and administer capital expenditure tracking processes
•    Analyze monthly management accounts and financial reporting (US GAAP & IFRS)
•    Perform month-end close activities
•    Communicate with business unit leaders on financial matters
•    Support audit requests
•    Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses for management
•    Partner with FP&A on forecasts and budgets
•    Research and resolve complex business issues
•    Identify process improvements and automation opportunities

 

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
•    3+ years of relevant experience
•    CPA or pursuing CPA preferred
•    Manufacturing/operations experience preferred

 

Skills
•    Strong financial and analytical skills
•    Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
•    Experience with Hyperion or Oracle EPM (preferred)
•    Strong communication and organizational abilities

 

Work Environment
•    Office-based role
•    May require extended hours and travel
