Bombardier is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Finance Supply Chain in Québec for a full-time onsite role with flexible hybrid options. You’ll support cost reduction initiatives, lead contract negotiations, drive indirect cost programs, and partner with Logistics, Procurement and Finance to optimize inventory and planning. The role also covers month and quarter ends, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and supervising five analysts while driving process improvements. Requirements include a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, seven years’ experience, a CPA or equivalent, bilingual fluency, strong analytical skills, and leadership with adaptability; MS Office is essential, Power BI and SAP are assets. What are your contributions to the team?

• Support Supply Chain business partners on cost reduction initiatives, contract negotiations, and monthly governance.
• Review and approve negotiation strategies and contract proposals.
• Support indirect cost reduction initiatives (IGS) in alignment with strategic objectives (e.g., transportation).
• Support and collaborate with Logistics teams on store inventory management and 3PL management.
• Work closely with business partners, the Logistics team, the Procurement team, and various Finance groups.
• Analyze and recommend appropriate accounting treatment for different contractual agreements and update financial best practice guidelines.
• Coordinate financial planning activities with other teams, including the PAP process, and prepare financial presentations for leadership.
• Maintain effective internal controls.
• Supervise five financial analysts.
• Support, plan, and coordinate the month end and quarter end processes.
• Coordinate and plan quarterly forecasts and the budgeting process.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Lead and manage special projects.

How to thrive in this role?
