Dailymotion is looking for a Senior Front-End (React) Engineer to join Dailymotion Studio, a video management platform. You’ll design and ship frontend features with React, TypeScript, GraphQL and REST APIs, tackling video player integration, content workflows, and creator dashboards. With 5+ years shipping production apps, strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals, and an autonomous mindset, you’ll balance technical excellence with creator and business needs. English is mandatory; French is a plus. Paris location with three days remote per week. Nice-to-haves: modern CSS, performance optimization, CI/CD, startup experience, and comfort with AI tooling. Apply even if you don’t tick every box; the right fit matters. Prepare for a multi-stage interview and a technical case study.

What Will Make the Difference
You thrive in ambiguity, love exploring unfamiliar codebases, and can navigate complex systems even when documentation is sparse (or nonexistent). You prefer autonomy over micromanagement, turn messy problems into clean solutions, and always keep creators' needs front of mind.
