We operate at the cutting edge of technology , heavily leveraging Artificial Intelligence for market monitoring, sales optimization, marketing automation, and deep business analytics across our portfolio of companies.

We are currently building a large-scale AI Platform and AI Dashboard designed not only for internal use, but also as a commercial, client-facing AI product with enterprise-level scalability.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Backend Architecture expertise to design and build a service-based, scalable AI platform capable of handling 100,000+ concurrent users .

This role is critical in shaping the technical foundation of our AI products. You will work closely with AI Engineers to turn advanced AI capabilities into a robust, production-grade platform.

Core Responsibilities

Backend Architecture & System Design

• Design and implement service-based / microservice-oriented architectures
• Build scalable backend systems capable of handling high traffic and concurrency
• Design backend infrastructure suitable for AI-driven platforms
• Make architectural decisions for performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Design systems with horizontal scaling and fault tolerance in mind

Service Development

• Develop backend services using .NET Core (primary backend stack)
• Build and manage APIs and services using Node.js where appropriate
• Design API-first architectures for AI services and dashboards
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access systems
• Build background workers, queues, and async processing systems

Database & Data Architecture

• Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases
• Optimize database performance for high-load systems
• Design data models suitable for AI workflows and analytics
• Implement caching strategies (Redis or similar)
• Ensure data consistency, reliability, and scalability

Frontend Responsibilities

• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React
• Build dashboards and admin panels for AI-driven systems
• Collaborate with designers and AI teams to implement complex UI workflows
• Optimize frontend performance for large-scale applications

AI & Platform Integration

• Integrate AI services and APIs into backend systems
• Collaborate closely with AI Engineers to implement AI-driven features
• Build infrastructure to support AI pipelines, jobs, and workflows
• Ensure AI services are production-ready and scalable

DevOps & Deployment

• Containerize services using Docker
• Work with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Design CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor system performance and reliability
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting strategies

Requirements

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with .NET Core (enterprise-level)
• Solid knowledge of Backend Architecture and System Design
• Experience building service-based or microservice architectures
• Strong experience with Node.js
• Deep understanding of database design (SQL & NoSQL)
• Strong frontend experience with React
• Experience building high-load systems (high concurrency)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend best practices
• Ability to think at platform and product level , not just feature level
