Job Description

• Business to Go Solutions. Translate business problems into technical designs, working with the team to ensure a clean, idiomatic Go implementation and delivery

• Scalable Go Architecture. Envision and work hand-in-hand with colleagues to develop a highly scalable software architecture for our API written in Go

• Agile & Craftsmanship. Embrace modern agile methodologies and extreme programming practices like TDD and pair programming

• Pragmatic Tech Stack. Use the right tools for the right tasks—leveraging Go’s efficiency without being dogmatic about it

• Room for Impact. Plenty of room for your ideas, flat hierarchies, and very short decision paths

Qualifications

• Proactive Ownership. A proactive problem solver with a strong sense of responsibility and a continuous eagerness to learn

• Independent Execution. Able to handle complex, low-latency technical tasks independently from design to production

• Team Accelerator. A collaborative team player who delivers high-quality, technically sound solutions that amplify team efforts

• 5+ Years of Go Expertise. Deep experience writing idiomatic Go code and utilizing its native concurrency primitives

• PHP Framework Background. Proven expertise in Symfony or Laravel, following best practices for building scalable applications

• Modern Backend Versatility: PHP experience is a strong plus

• Architectural Foundations: Solid understanding of engineering principles (SOLID, clean architecture) and distributed software design

• Data & Caching Layer: Strong hands-on experience with MySQL (optimization, indexing) and Redis (caching, data structures)

• GenAI Innovation: Experience with GenAI or similar technologies to help drive modern product features

• Clear Communication: Fluent English communication skills
