This hybrid role requires 7+ years’ experience, advanced Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. UK residency and no sponsorship required. Senior Graphic Designer | London, UK

Requirements: This is a hybrid position requiring three days in-office per week in London. 

Convene Hospitality Group is seeking a talented London-based Senior Graphic Designer to join our global Brand Marketing Team.  The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing the development of print and digital marketing deliverables for multi-brand organizations and have experience in UX/UI design.  The Senior Graphic Designer will report directly to the SVP Brand Marketing. 

What You’ll Do: 

The Senior Graphic Designer champions visual storytelling and is a creative visionary who can bring the CHG product mix to life via compelling creative direction and visual language. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enforcing the visual identity and standards for a portfolio of brands as well as executing the strategic vision of marketing materials, brand photography and videography, sales enablement collateral, property signage, company pitches/presentations, and more.

This position will sit on the Brand & Communications Team and work closely with the Performance Marketing Team to support Demand Generation and Regional Marketing efforts.  

Overview: 

  • Set the tone for creative direction across core CHG brands, including supporting a major brand evolution initiative. 
  • Manage all aspects of creative ideation, drafting, design iteration and production 
  • Design and format marketing materials including print and digital ads, mailers, event/trade show signage, email templates, multimedia assets, and social media graphics
  • Design sales enablement collateral including one-sheets, brochures, bi-annual menus, and package/proposal decks
  • Provide art direction for property photo shoots.  Ensure the capture of quality imagery aligned with brand standards
  • Creative collaboration on global and regional campaign development
  • Leverage UX/UI experience to assist with website design and architecture 
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to design pitch/presentation decks and lead the creation of supporting infographics
  • Identify collateral that can be templatized for scalability.  Build templates and subsequently guidelines for updating. Enforce brand standards for quality control 
  • Manage art direction and assist with visual development of video production assets

What We Look For:

  • 7+ years of experience; professional services graphic design experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • UX/UI experience highly-preferred
  • Creative, organized, and highly motivated individual with a keen eye for design and attention to detail
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative while also being a team player
  • Ability to maintain top-quality work in a high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, Figma, Hotjar, CrazyEgg, and/or Microsoft Clarity a plus
  • Experience with video editing, animation, and/or motion graphics a plus
  • Must be able to provide a design portfolio of past work upon request
