Careem is hiring a Senior Growth Manager to guide growth planning for its business lines in Careem’s AI powered next chapter. You’ll own lifecycle campaigns, run exploratory data analyses to uncover untapped growth, conduct A/B tests, partner with product and engineering, build dashboards, and set targets and budgets. Key skills include statistics for A/B testing, intermediate SQL, Tableau dashboards, experience with GA, Mixpanel, Braze, Optimizely, and Python a plus. Remote flexibility includes 4 days in office, 1 day WFH, 30 days remote per year, unlimited vacation; highlight measurable impact, quantified experiments, dashboards, and cross functional wins. Emphasize collaboration with GMs, product and growth teams, and a proven ability to influence strategy.

We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to join our world-class Growth Marketing team. The purpose of the Senior Growth Manager role is to lead the growth planning and decision making for our business lines. You will be accountable for providing strategic insights and solutions to decision-makers based on data analysis. This role will work closely together with the General Managers, Product teams, Marketing Managers and the Central Growth Team, providing insights and solutions to various growth issues and driving forward strategic direction.
