Blackwoods is seeking a Senior Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner to provide strategic HSW leadership across a designated region, partnering with leaders to embed a proactive, leader-led approach and to design and assure national HSW programs. This role drives critical and psychosocial risk management, uses data to identify trends, coaches senior leaders, leads investigations, and builds relationships with regulators and external stakeholders, reporting to the Head of HSW. You will partner with leaders at all levels to strengthen risk ownership, build leadership capability, and drive the consistent implementation of our Health, Safety & Wellbeing strategy.
