You’ll coach managers, drive change, and collaborate with stakeholders including Works Council to deliver business outcomes. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in tech HRBP roles, a relevant degree, fluent English (German a plus), and a track record of end-to-end HR projects. We’re looking for a new Senior HR Business Partner - Tech (m/f/x) in our Berlin Headquarters. The role is in our Global People Team and reports to the Head of Business Partnering for our Global Tech function (aka HelloTech).
You will serve as a critical bridge between the Tech function and People team, working directly with our Tech leaders, people managers, team members as a strategic partner, trusted guide, performance coach and change agent.
Specifically, you support leaders by helping them develop solutions for business and talent imperatives. You also enable people managers and employees with support that helps them succeed in their roles. Finally, you collaborate with various other stakeholders across the Business, the People team and beyond - like our SE Works Council - to deliver the best possible outcomes for all involved.
