You will support Senior Private Bankers by structuring tailored ideas, presenting strategies, conducting portfolio reviews and delivering market updates, while safeguarding governance and regulatory compliance and driving AUM growth and investment revenue. The role demands deep cross-asset expertise, ability to translate macro developments into actionable ideas, and strong client and banker communication; CFA, FRM or CAIA are preferred. The Senior Investment Specialist plays a central role in delivering sophisticated investment solutions to High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), and Family Offices.

The role focuses on deep product expertise, market insights, investment strategy, and sales enablement to support a team of Senior Private Bankers and their clients across multiple asset classes, including Fixed Income, Equities, Structured Products, Mutual Funds, Alternatives, and Discretionary Portfolio Mandates.

Client & Private Banker Support

  • Work closely with a team of Senior Private Bankers to identify investment opportunities and structure tailored investment solutions for clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and present investment ideas, strategies, and market outlooks.
  • Deliver regular investment updates, portfolio reviews, and performance discussions.
  • Provide timely responses to client and banker queries regarding investment products, client portfolios, and financial markets.
  • Collaborate with the Investment Product Team to design bespoke investment solutions for sophisticated client needs.

Product Expertise, Market Intelligence & Idea Generation

  • Demonstrate deep product expertise and knowledge across various asset classes, including Fixed Income, Equities, Mutual Funds, Alternatives, Structured Products, and Discretionary Portfolio Mandates.
  • Work with the Investment Product and Wealth Lending teams to customize investment ideas and solutions based on client requirements.
  • Monitor global and regional markets to generate actionable trade ideas and identify thematic investment opportunities.
  • Disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly market updates and product opportunities to Private Bankers.
  • Conduct investment calls, product workshops, and training sessions to build investment awareness and strengthen bankers' product knowledge.

Accountability

  • Drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) and penetration rates across assigned portfolios.
  • Achieve assigned investment revenue targets through proactive client engagement.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all investment activities adhere to internal governance standards, suitability requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and client portfolios to ensure ongoing suitability, appropriateness, and diversification
  • Growth in Investment AUMs and Investment Product Sales.

  • Deep knowledge of global financial markets, macroeconomic drivers, and cross-asset interrelationships, with the ability to translate market developments into actionable investment ideas.
  • In-depth understanding of investment products across asset classes — including Fixed Income, Equities, Mutual Funds, Structured Notes, Private Credit, Private Equity, and other Alternative Investments.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze investment opportunities, assess portfolio risk/return trade-offs, and support data-driven investment recommendations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging both clients and Private Bankers, simplifying complex market concepts, and delivering persuasive investment narratives.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on driving AUM growth, investment penetration, and client satisfaction, while maintaining sound risk and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across product, and relationship teams to deliver integrated client solutions and contribute to broader business goals.
  • CFA, FRM, or CAIA Charter (or currently pursuing one) preferred, with a strong commitment to continuous professional development and industry best practices.
