You’ll serve as Tier 2/3 escalation for complex issues, provide advanced troubleshooting for ERP, MES, and PLM, and manage IAM provisioning while splitting time between production support and projects. You’ll lead IT projects, develop playbooks and knowledge articles, and drive automation with scripts and no-code tools to streamline onboarding and reporting. Requirements: 5+ years in IT/IS support, strong ITSM experience, and excellent communication; preferred aerospace/manufacturing experience and supporting 1000+ end users. Vast is looking for a Senior Information Systems Support Specialist, reporting to the Manager, Technology Operations, to support the development of the systems that will be required for the design and build of artificial-gravity human-rated space stations.
You will be providing day-to-day technical support to Vast’s internal employees and making sure systems run smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, providing timely and efficient solutions to their problems. Your expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role.
This will be a full-time, exempt position located in our Long Beach location.
