Description

Technology plays a critical role in everything we do from supporting our warehouse operations and customer experience teams to enabling our continued expansion across Europe. We're looking for a proactive (role title) to join our growing IT team and deliver fast, hands-on technical support across the business.
This is a dedicated 1st and 2nd line support role focused on day-to-day troubleshooting for our office, warehouse, and remote teams.
You'll be the primary point of contact for technical issues, responsible for resolving user tickets through our ticketing system, setting up employee devices, and keeping our warehouse hardware running smoothly.
This role requires a practical, customer-service-minded individual who enjoys direct problem-solving, setting up hardware, and keeping day-to-day operations moving without friction.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing 1st and 2nd line support queues and actioning incoming user tickets effectively
- Provisioning, configuring, and deploying laptops for new hires
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and leaver offboarding processes in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Physically setting up and troubleshooting warehouse technology, including label printers, handheld barcode scanners, and packing station hardware
- Resolving local network, Wi-Fi connectivity, desktop software, and peripheral hardware issues
- Working with third-party vendors and technology partners for hardware repairs and equipment management
- Maintaining accurate IT documentation, asset inventories, and support processes
- Assisting with broader IT operations and new technology rollouts as needed
We're looking for someone with solid hands-on experience who loves delivering great internal customer service and taking ownership of technical issues.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Helpdesk, or IT Support role
- Practical administration experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar cloud platforms
- Experience with device management, endpoint support, and hardware provisioning
- Solid troubleshooting skills for networking, hardware, and desktop software issues
- Strong communication skills and a patient, user-first approach to problem-solving
- The ability to manage and prioritize support tickets in a fast-moving environment
- Confidence working directly alongside operational teams and resolving hardware issues on-site
- Prior experience supporting e-commerce, warehousing, or logistics environments is a strong plus.
