Ørsted is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead negotiations and drafting construction contracts for onshore wind projects in the UK and Ireland, while supporting acquisitions, land development and power purchase agreements. You’ll join our Legal Onshore Europe team, reporting to the Head of Legal and collaborating with project managers, contract managers and counsel to ensure legal compliance and success. To succeed, you should be a qualified solicitor in Scotland, England or Ireland with post‑qualification experience in renewable energy and construction contracts, EPC and turbine supply agreements, and M&A; plus strong interpersonal and organisational skills to influence stakeholders.
