Job Title: Legal Counsel
Job Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Main Responsibilities:
Driving review on commercial contracts (e.g., purchase and sales contracts)
Interpreting Swiss laws relevant to daily business operations in related to ICT industry, consumer business and so on,
Providing advice on compliance matters (e.g., labor law, competition law, trade secret, etc.)
Handling some simple cases before the court or official investigations
Providing support on matters related to the DPO and GDPR
Requirements:
5 years of experience mandatory as in-house legal counsel for some companies or law firm lawyer in some law firms
Fluent in English and German mandatory
You are professional, dynamic and highly motivated in working in ICT sector
Experience in handling the transaction or issues in related to commercial laws, tech laws, regulatory and compliance matters as well as further areas of the laws;
