This on site role offers per diem or part‑time opportunities, integrating into a multidisciplinary team to deliver rehabilitative care that helps clients stay at home. You will perform evaluations, diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing difficulties, develop and revise treatment plans, educate patients and families, and document care using a touch pad EMR.
