Responsible for enabling the executive to function at their best, by performing a variety of administrative, logistical and project management related tasks.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Act as first point of contact for internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization and external clients / partners

  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and travel and prioritizing the most sensitive matters

  • Organize internal and external meetings including telephone and video conferencing with a large number of stakeholders

  • Plan and manage business trips including travel planning such as flights, hotels, transfers and expense reports

  • Research, support and manage smaller projects and prepare content for miscellaneous topics

  • General administrative tasks & updating various documents such as credit policies or the credit homepage

  • Prepare and coordinate regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review and decision-making

  • Provide administrative assistance for overall department needs

YOUR PROFILE

  • Commercial degree (KV) or equivalent; further education as Executive Assistant or in Business Administration would be considered a strong asset

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in an international environment, preferably within banking, risk management or finance

  • Discreet and trustworthy individual with absolute dedication to confidentiality

  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to communicate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization

  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • High level of attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving capabilities

  • Proficient user in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems is desirable

  • Experience in handling business-critical data and producing management-level reporting and analytics

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
