Implement Consulting Group is looking for experienced Senior Management Consultants to strengthen our growing Financial Services team in Switzerland.

This role is designed for seasoned consultants who want to move beyond pure workstream ownership and take end-to-end responsibility for projects, teams, and client impact - while remaining close to the content.
 

Your role – from delivery to leadership

As an experienced Senior Management Consultant, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering high-impact projects for clients across banking, insurance, asset management, pensions, fintech and more. As a team leader, you will lead internal and project teams, act as a trusted sparring partner for senior client stakeholders, develop our business and ensure that strategies translate into measurable and sustainable results.

Your work will typically span topics such as:

• Business innovation and growth strategies
• Profitability, performance improvement, and operating model optimisation
• Risk management and regulatory change
• Sustainability strategy and transformation
• Business model evolution and organisational change

You will work closely with Partners in developing the team, and with clear ownership of project delivery, client interaction and business development.
 

Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements or major workstreams within large programmes
• Manage and develop consulting teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and learning
• Structure complex problems and translate analysis into clear management decisions
• Facilitate workshops and steer senior client discussions
• Contribute to business development through proposal work, client dialogues, and thought leadership
• Actively help build and strengthen our Financial Services offering in Switzerland
• Develop the team and business together with Partners
   

What we’re looking for

We are looking for consultants who are ready to step fully into a Senior Management role:

• 6-8  years of experience in a top tier management consulting firm, with a focus on financial services in Switzerland
• A proven track record of leading project teams and managing complex client engagements
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and navigating organisational complexity
• Strong analytical skills combined with pragmatism and execution power
• A collaborative leadership style, entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in developing others
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• A master’s degree from a reputable university and valid work permit for Switzerland
